8.1 Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase physical products from us, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, no questions asked. To do so, email or mail us a clear notice of your intent to return.

8.2 Refund Process

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments within 14 days of receiving your returned goods (or proof of return), using the original payment method. We cover the return shipping cost.

Note: Custom-made or downloadable products may not be eligible for return. We’ll notify you if that applies.

 

9. Submitting Ideas

If you submit suggestions, stories, or creative content to us without a prior agreement, you grant HJI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in our materials, media, or campaigns.
