As Director of Community Engagement at Holistic Justice Initiative (HJI), Otis builds bridges between returning citizens, community partners, and systems leaders. He leads with authenticity, rooted in the belief that real change begins with real relationship. Whether he’s mentoring men fresh out of prison, guiding support circles, or helping organizations understand the realities of reentry, Otis shows up with compassion, courage, and a commitment to truth.
