Chad M. Garland is a highly respected CPA with over 40 years of experience specializing in forensic accounting, business valuation, and expert witness testimony. Licensed in both Louisiana (since 1981) and Texas (since 2009), Chad has built a distinguished career investigating financial fraud, evaluating complex economic losses, and providing expert analysis in high-stakes civil and criminal cases.

He holds numerous elite certifications, including Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF), Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV)—making him one of only four professionals in Louisiana to hold the ASA designation in business valuation.
